This visit, I discovered that they carried Divine Purity Incense and ventured to try Cocoa Amber. The Divine Purity brand lip balm has always been a favorite of mine so I knew the scent of the incense would most likely be top quality as well. The scent of the incense was perfect from start to finish. I liked the incense so much that I went back and bought several more scents to try. Can't wait to visit again and see what new items have arrived. Service: The staff are always upbeat and pleasant. They are knowledgeable about every item stocked in the shop and always glad to answer any questions you may have. Value: Prices a relative to most shops selling locally made goods. Though value is similar to other shops...I'm not sure you can beat the experience or people. Tip: To smell the scent of the incense so you find the perfect scents for you, simply tip the closed container upside down and sniff the bottom of the container where excess oils have gathered.

Most of the items are Chattanooga themed and make a great souvenir or gift. There is no dedicated parking that we could find but there is some street parking. Do not park in the Walgreens or you may get towed. There is also parking at the nearby park. The staff was friendly and the prices were what you'd expect. Overall, I love this idea and would rather support local artists than some multi million dollar corporation.

This is one of the…read morenicest Spirit Halloween stores I've ever shopped and that includes the one I worked at once!! This year's store is located at Northgate Mall in the old Sear's location. They are only using the lower level and the store is NOT connected to the mall so you have to use their entrance. It's very spacious and everything is displayed so nicely! What a GREAT selection of everything! Costumes, decor, socks, home decor! So much GREAT stuff! They have sections with favorites Hocus Pocus, Beetlejuice, and pretty much every horror movie icon. I've visited already a few times, you have to check for the new stuff!! The weird thing is I have yet to have any contact with any staff. Not a welcome, not a can I help you find anything, nothing. The store is great so I'm still giving it a 4 but it would have a 5 if the staff were more attentive. I will say both times, there were other people in the store but most of the staff seemed to be hanging out at check out. I'll still be checking in every week or so! I love Halloween!

You can test out the creepy interactive displays. Maybe it's just me but the ones with the child voices and the creepy dolls are the best. Another cool aspect is they have flyers on the local Halloween happenings around town. .from hayrides to haunted houses. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because the staff is not really attentive. Now I will say if you don't like Halloween or may be offended by sexy or gory costumes/items then you may not want to go.
