Complete Flooring transformed our almost 60 year old hardwood floors! They look brand new and are so smooth and beautiful now. It was discovered that the hardwood floors had too much moisture in them so we got a dehumidifier and waited until the moisture level came down as it was explained that the floors would buckle and they wanted to do an excellent job. Well it was well worth the wait and I appreciate that they were honest with me. I learned that the crew used multiple grades of sandpaper to get the floors so smooth and years worth of scratches and nicks out of the wood. Then 3 coats of poly are applied instead of just 2 which is the norm. From start to finish, I was kept up to date on the progress. Beaver explained the process and Daniel brought over multiple stains that we sampled on the wood to make a color selection that matched with the paint and decor. Then Russell and the crew did their transformation to restore the hardwood. All of the team members are very professional and work with you to solve your flooring needs and answer your questions. I had gone to a big "box" store to get new flooring, they came out making me take a half day from work for their 1pm - 5pm arrival. They said subfloors had to much moisture and would ONLY put down carpet or tile. They said get a moisture barrier in your crawl space. I got the moisture barrier put down. They came out a day after and again said only carpet or tile. So I called Complete Flooring Service, told them all of the above, and they had someone come out the next day, at 5pm for MY convenience, so I wouldn't have to miss any more work. (who does that kind of customer service anymore) He measured the moisture, and came up with a solution very quickly, that the other place never mentioned. They put down a barrier over the subfloor, and then put down the beautiful vinyl plank flooring. It was done in a day and a half. They cleaned everything up when they were done. They were always available when I called if I had any questions. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with the work they did. I would highly recommend them, they were great to deal with and very professional. My friends and family have raved about my new floors. John Whitlock and the crew at Complete Flooring Service did an absolutely amazing job in my newly purchased house. From the initial estimate through to the very end, everyone I came in contact with were professional, courteous and above all a true blessing to me after my divorce. I had over 2000 sq feet of hardwood flooring laid upstairs and down. The entire project flows seamlessly from one room to the next. The owner is a HUGE JERK! They will guarantee you the world and leave you with uneven floors. When we demanded that they fix the issues, they were rude, refused, and even cursed at us!
