So today, I followed her instructions , drove back with the Husqvarna pressure washer and a group of employees hovered around, discussing time off and when they would be leaving and told me that their computers cannot hold data/purchase information more than a few months and that Ollie's does not carry this brand. In other words, they do not have a protocol that they teach their representatives, their computers can only spit out advertisements and they consider customers liars. I hope not to go back to the Roanoke Ollie's. Lynchburg's associates are able to interact professionally and know their own policies.

It took me no more than 30 minutes to install and my old Satoh fired up once again for the first time in a couple of years! What is really wonderful about the folks at Valley is they aren't even vendors for the part, they simply recommended it!! The previous update was a bit more involved. Per their suggestion, I took off the intake manifold and shipped it to them. The replaced my carb with a new model packed it up and shipped it back. Upon installation it started immediately without even using the choke! VPP I'm a fan!

In addition, they provide a location on Yahoo, "Troy Bilt Tiller Club" for owners of these fine historic machines to exchange information, ask Bill about parts and get his advice, provide documents, allow posting of photographs, etc., all for free to us. Until one day, looking for a new Puertorican Restaurant named "Delicias Boricuas," I had a reason to go inside. And I'm so glad I did. When one walks in, one is greeted by a very friendly young man who is seated at a desk and who is in charge of taking care of you if you need to buy any of the arts and crafts items displayed in any of the booths inside. Then, the first store there is the Little Green Hive which is a Coffee, bakery, and sandwich shop. There is also the Puertorican Restaurant which is literally a hole in the wall where one orders their food and then goes to sit on marble tables and chairs that are all around to enjoy their food.Besides these two restaurants, there are a couple of beauty salons, and a vinyl record shop. As one walks around looking at all the beautiful arts and crafts displayed, there is music playing in the background. I would definitely recommend to those visting Downtown Roanoke to come by this place. We're so pleased that we did, as it was an interesting place to wander with its eclectic set of stalls with interesting and high-quality crafts, candles, vintage records, various foods, and more for sale. We were tempted by the Puerto Rican food stall, and just HAD TO take some empanadas and other savory snacks back to our hotel. I was also tempted to buy one of the absolutely gorgeous wooden charcuterie boards -- and, would have, had we not been walking. I did, however, take the craftsman's business card! When I brought the part back the 4 letter name for Richard told me he wouldn't take the part back if it was hooked up. While I understand where he is coming from he didn't need to be such a "Richard" about it. Most places would charge a restocking fee. As that would probably cover their cost on the product that they mark up 200%. I bought a heat element for my dryer for almost $70 that I could have bought off line for about $25. I wouldn't send anyone here.
