One employee told me one set of rules…read moreyesterday when I stopped by the Roanoke, VA store to ask about returns without receipts older than 30 days. So today, I followed her instructions , drove back with the Husqvarna pressure washer and a group of employees hovered around, discussing time off and when they would be leaving and told me that their computers cannot hold data/purchase information more than a few months and that Ollie's does not carry this brand. In other words, they do not have a protocol that they teach their representatives, their computers can only spit out advertisements and they consider customers liars. I hope not to go back to the Roanoke Ollie's. Lynchburg's associates are able to interact professionally and know their own policies.

I called to ask how long it would take to get it looked at. The man on the phone said they could look at it today or tomorrow. When I arrived, they helped me lift the mower from my car, and the young gentleman brought it into the shop. The next morning, I got a call... It was ready! They fixed the issues and gave it a full spring tune-up. Two men loaded the mower into my car, making sure they didn't bump anything or place it in a way that would touch the roof. They were very polite and kind, and the best part- my mower works perfectly now. What surprised me most was how affordable this was. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service, and what I appreciate the most was the quick turn-around. I will definitely head back there if I need service again. Well, done!

Until one day, looking for a new Puertorican Restaurant named "Delicias Boricuas," I had a reason to go inside. And I'm so glad I did. When one walks in, one is greeted by a very friendly young man who is seated at a desk and who is in charge of taking care of you if you need to buy any of the arts and crafts items displayed in any of the booths inside. Then, the first store there is the Little Green Hive which is a Coffee, bakery, and sandwich shop. There is also the Puertorican Restaurant which is literally a hole in the wall where one orders their food and then goes to sit on marble tables and chairs that are all around to enjoy their food.Besides these two restaurants, there are a couple of beauty salons, and a vinyl record shop. As one walks around looking at all the beautiful arts and crafts displayed, there is music playing in the background. I would definitely recommend to those visting Downtown Roanoke to come by this place. Who knows you might discover a new place to hangout with family or friends and enjoy some coffee, shop for that special one of a kind gift, or discover the delicious flavor of the Puertorican Cuisine.

We're so pleased that we did, as it was an interesting place to wander with its eclectic set of stalls with interesting and high-quality crafts, candles, vintage records, various foods, and more for sale. We were tempted by the Puerto Rican food stall, and just HAD TO take some empanadas and other savory snacks back to our hotel. I was also tempted to buy one of the absolutely gorgeous wooden charcuterie boards -- and, would have, had we not been walking. I did, however, take the craftsman's business card! A steady stream of customers were visiting while we were there.

When I brought the part back the 4 letter name for Richard told me he wouldn't take the part back if it was hooked up. While I understand where he is coming from he didn't need to be such a "Richard" about it. Most places would charge a restocking fee. As that would probably cover their cost on the product that they mark up 200%. I bought a heat element for my dryer for almost $70 that I could have bought off line for about $25. I wouldn't send anyone here.
