Our waitress appeared to be getting frustrated just by those at our table asking questions. When someone at our table asked to add lettuce and tomato to their burger, she replied that this isn't a build your own burger place and that she works at the Lost Colony where you can do that...but not here. It was odd. My family has gluten allergies which sucks...but when we asked if any desserts were gluten free she said the tart was the only one she was aware of. In fact, the place was practically empty and they stuck all 7 of us in a booth. So my 8 year old ate off a plate with half the plate dangling off the side...bizarre. I'm giving 2 stars because I believe the meal could've been better. Living in a family with gluten allergies and having none...I get how it can be frustrating (apologies to those gluten free...I get that it's way more frustrating for you). I'd probably stick with a pretzel, order a standard smash burger & do the beer sampler. If you're driving over 15 minutes to get here, probably safest to try somewhere else.
