He explained which of the items on my list I could save some money and do myself like caulking the tub. He showed me how to tighten my faucet handles AND he fixed a leak in my toilet. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable. Yurii tiled our master bathroom and we could not be more pleased!…read more Yurii had a fair price, he showed up on time EVERY DAY. He took great care to keep his work areas amazingly clean. He didn't balk when we ran into problems and the work scope got bigger. He worked from the time he arrived, till the time he left. We barely knew he was here!
