Their main offices are in major far away cities like New York and Chicago. The repairmen are local. One company refused to give me an estimate. Another wanted to charge me 950.00 USD. One company sent a repairman who semi threatened us. None of the repairmen were wearing a company uniform and their vehicles were ragged and unidentified. Finally we made a great decision and called Overhead Door domiciled in Greenville, S.C. The repairmen was an overall terrific guy. He thoroughly explained what he was doing step by step and gave me some valuable tips. His name is Rusty. I would recommend him to anyone! Incidentally, Overhead Door gave us an estimate over the phone with a senior citizen discount and they stuck to it! It's been a long time since I've dealt with any repair company that was this honest and decent! Our repair guy Rusty is a really valuable asset to Overhead Door! He also evaluated some trees I was concerned about on HOA property adjacent to our lot. He let me know which trees might cause an issue and which were not so concerning.
