She did our staff dinner for 15 last night and served the entire meal in my home, from gorgeous appetizers to an incredible chocolate dessert, and then cleaned it all up. All I had to do when my guests left was go to bed - and wake up to a clean house the next morning. It was wonderful. It was like having an amazing chef in my home to serve the dinner and then she and her great helper disappeared without a trace.

This is the third year we have used Cassaro's for this event for library volunteers and staff and, once again, the results were outstanding. The food was delicious, everything was ready right on time, and the clean-up was efficient and timely. Chris Wright is a joy to work with, providing excellent menu choices and creative solutions to some specific dietary requirements. I can't imagine how anything could have been easier. This year it was a Holiday Brunch for about 50 volunteers and staff at the Eureka Library on December 12. As the person charged with planning the event, I did not hesitate to work with Chris again because of the excellent experience we had last year. Once again, she was pleasant and helpful, especially in enabling us to meet our menu requirements to include vegan, gluten free, and egg free options. On the day of the brunch everything arrived right on schedule and was ready to serve exactly on time. All those present agreed that the food was excellent and plentiful. It is a pleasure to work with Chris, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Andy was very responsive from the first time I reached out, all the way through the process. He was able to work with food allergies, which is a huge plus for me since I was one of those people :) He was also able to modify his menu to accommodate our non-profit budget. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Andy gave us several options to choose from for breakfast. We settled on doing an omelette bar with fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, orange juice, and coffee. You could tell that the ingredients used in the omelette were good quality. The dry rub (Q's blend) is amazing for pulled pork and whatever else you would typically use dry rub on, the taco seasoning (Maria's Blend) is the perfect blend of spices to make your taco night a win!
