This year it was a Holiday Brunch for about 50 volunteers and staff at the Eureka Library on December 12. As the person charged with planning the event, I did not hesitate to work with Chris again because of the excellent experience we had last year. Once again, she was pleasant and helpful, especially in enabling us to meet our menu requirements to include vegan, gluten free, and egg free options. On the day of the brunch everything arrived right on schedule and was ready to serve exactly on time. All those present agreed that the food was excellent and plentiful. It is a pleasure to work with Chris, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
