They said it would take awhile since the weather had burst so many pipes in the area, but their price was reasonable so I said I could wait (expecting it to be dark before they got to me). Their technician arrived within the hour, quickly replaced the pipe and gave me tips for more effective winterizing tonight. While I filled out the application for service, the clerk did most of the process in the computer.
