The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a good breakdown on the differences between "lavado" and "fermentado" chocolate, had us try different nibs to taste the difference and recommended some beverages. We ended up getting the 50% drinks with milk in both chocolate types. Our fave was the lavado style as it's less bitter. They also have baked goods and ice cream to munch on as you sip your chocolate.
There's seating outdoors and some upstairs where you can hang with friends and take a break from the busy city life. I brought some of their chocolate bars back home with me, and they were rich and made with unrefined piloncillo.
