I love visiting the tejon outlets and was so happy that Kate spade opened...much to my disappointment the customer service is horrible. I went for the first time shortly after they opened...no one in the store and the only associate working was to busy to even say go or offer help. So when I went back the second time I was hoping for a positive experience...nope that didnt happen. Once again...the store manager Miquel and associate Christian only said hello when we came in. Never offered any assistance. They where to busy chit chatting and steaming clothes to make a sale. We had to walk over and ask them questions. Needless to say I wont be going to this Kate spade outlet ever again. Shame on the store manager for his unprofessional behavior. read more

Not many bargains.... As seen on tv store charged $2-3 above what bed and bath do. Not worth going out of your way. All stuff I saw was last years or things that couldn't sell. read more

Nice and clean, and the stores that are actually outlets have good deals. Always worth a stop to see if they're any deals worth buying.

They are building restaurants, but still many months away from being open. Not a bad place for restroom break, and family restrooms are quite nice! Nice desert landscape, but they should add those shade tarps over the walkways. read more

This place is a money pit scam . Don't go to the perfume outlets paid double for items I could of got for 60% less. I don't think this out let will survive. I will never go back and I drive to s.f once a month. read more

Great selection of stores and everything feels brand new. Its way out there, but I would stop by again on a road trip

I love it here! It may not have all the stores that I go to Camarillo for however it was a very prosperous trip for me, ha! It's all outdoors, every store that is usually included in an outlet (Nike, MK, Coach, Adidas etc) with great sales in all the stores with at least an additional 30% at the stores I visited. They had a very large H&M and a rare Nordstrom's shoe rack with great deals. Missing Tori Burch and Kate Spade but it was a great visit. As far as eateries only 5 restaurants in the food court, Wing Stop hit the spot as always lol!!! Starbucks, Pieology and other fast food restaurants are a close drive from the outlets. read more

Cool stores. I like to walk around here. The Michael Kors store is my favorite. I love the way this place is set up.

I absolutely love this place. Parking is never an issue, it's clean and never crowded. It's nice that they have an H&M, Loft and all the baby clothing stores. So glad this place now exists! read more

This is a great shopping outlet located right before the grapevine if you're coming from the north side. The deals are so-so. The best deals are Michael Kors and coach in my opinion. Very friendly and nice customer service in every store. Bathrooms are super clean, love that they have private family bathrooms. They also have play areas for the kids which is nice. I've stopped twice here and always leave happy. Will continue stopping by every chance I get. read more

It would be better if there were a covered parking garage and more dining choices, but overall, it's a decent place to shop. Stay away when it's hot though - very little shade. Some great places to shop for clothing, but stay away from Pottery Barn! Their signage and advertising is very misleading, and their employees are unprofessional and rude! read more

A great place to stop and re charge your batteries after coming over the hill. As I am a new Grandparent I really enjoy the Carter outlet...they have a weekly special Be sure and make your first stop the Office and pick up your discount booklet..it makes a huge difference! read more

Decent, my mom took me birthday shopping here at my request. It beats the Valley Plaza or trying to hit or miss online shopping. Food choices limited, not a ton of stores. I was completely unimpressed with the center kiosks of china toys and people bugging us to try a sample. Save those for the valley plaza- super annoying. read more

These outlets have a lot of potential. It is clean and not crowded. I enjoyed myself. The stores are limited, but I feel like the developers were thinking that it would be expanded. These outlets include your staples: Nike, Coach, Gap, etc. read more

I drive by these outlets en route from SF to LA every other month. Today, I had some spare time and decided to stop. The quietest outlet mall I've ever been to. T was clean and the staff were quite friendly in each store I visited! The restrooms are gorgeous--they do not feel like outlet mall restrooms at all. It is not an overwhelming mall, which I quite prefer. It's worth a stop for the Pottery Barn alone! So much good stuff at Pottery barn--from furniture to linens, tabletop and holiday decór. I was pleasantly surprised. I also visited and enjoyed: H&M, Gap, Carter's, Gymboree, Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, White House|Black Market and Ann Taylor Loft. Was a great trip. Walked away with some novelty items from Pottery Barn, sunglasses from BR (50% off) and some Carter's gifts! I'd definitely stop again to visit the same stores. parking is easy and there is an In-n-Out on this exit! Worth a visit. There were not many customers at all--in a few stores, I was the only shopper or one of two or three. I hope it stays in business!! Four stars because it doesn't feel QUITE 5-Star worthy. (I'm stingy with 5-Star reviews!). read more

I went last weekend to the tejon outlets nice place except one store the fragrance outlet the Manager is very rude no people skills at all I bought a cologne and it smelled bad. Worst part I leave in the San Fernando Valley true calling but didn't help at all. read more

I personally don't think they had great deals. I was in a couple stores and thought their prices were comparable to discount chain stores. I was not happy that I bought something at the 'as seen on tv' store and found the identical item in the kitchen store at half the price I paid...I guess a lesson learned. I was on a road trip and stopped to stretch my legs a good stopping spot to walk around, but I wouldn't shop there again. read more

A fairly typical outlet mall with a good selection of stores. However, as with any "outlet" store, you have to know what are a real bargains and which are not. We found quite a few low-cost items at a kitchen store and checked out a few others. It was a good place to stop and stretch the legs and pick up a few bargains. read more

I was here shopping with my mom and was having a wonderful time. We were leaving and before we got on our car, we saw the sunset was beautiful, so we decided to take a picture. However, we were inadvertently approached by a security car and were told not to take pictures of the property. I mentioned we were actually taking a picture of us and the security mentioned she'd have to make documentation. To which makes me ask this question, shouldn't you have a disclaimer mentioning people not to take pictures? Home girl wanted to ruin my visit. I didn't let that happen. However, there's all sorts of sites like Google and Yelp where they ask you to review places and show pictures, otherwise how are people going to visit? I'm reviewing a specific store: Fragrance Outlet. If I could give no stars I would. First off, there was 2 associates working who were standoffish. One of them, I wish I could remember names, asked us what smells we liked and was handing us all the cheap nameless perfumes to smell. They had a buy one, get one 50% deal going on so I got 2 perfumes. Both were said to be their "top selling scents". She made it seem like we were getting such a good deal. Shortly after leaving the store, I checked online for the prices of the perfumes I purchased. Both were very cheap on Amazon and had horrible reviews of the perfume lasting power. I go back to try and return both but the associate was rude and pointed to the return policy sign. Without being rude, I smelled a couple of brand named perfumes and picked 2 out to exchange my previous ones for. When I was driving out of the parking lot I noticed one of my perfumes said "tester not for sale". I paid full price for a Gucci Flora tester. Point is, you're better off buying your perfumes online or at Macy's, where you know what you're paying for. read more

This is clearly the best outlet mall in California. Lots of parking and the crowds are not to large. The merchandise at Brooks Brothers and Addidas is first class and is priced very well. read more

It was my first time to these outlets. Being from Visalia I was very familiar with outlet shopping since the Tulare outlets were a short few away so I felt they were all the same...wrong! Tejon is much nicer, larger and well maintained. It houses the typical stores as well as a food court and many restaurants near by. I look forward to heading back to do holiday shopping. read more

This place is ok. Had plenty of stores, not too many that I was interested in but we decided to stop by on the way back from Lake Tahoe. It was warm out. It was a little confusing getting into the parking area but once in, it wasn't too bad. I would stop here at least once to check out the stores and bargains. Wouldn't make a specific trip for this though again. read more

Ok outlet mall, but don't be fooled...not all of the stores are actual outlets/factory stores. I was very excited to go to an H&M outlet, as this was the only one I knew of. I was very disappointed when I discovered is was not an outlet, but a regular H&M. We found a few other stores that were also not outlets. It's a bit deceiving to open a non-outlet store in an outlet mall. The Fossil outlet was great though. read more
