Great store to get pride items! They have lots of pride flags, men's shirts, and swimsuits. They also have pride shirts, socks, etc.

On the boycott list now. They have some good stuff, although expensive and no bargains here. I have been a few times, but my last time put it on the permanent boycott list. Two of us went in, and I purchased about $200 worth of loot, and my buddy purchased more than that. After checking out, while my friend was paying for his, I reviewed the receipt. I noticed that for one or two items, that were on sale, they had charged me full price. The clerk, even after contacting the manager/owner at home, said that there was no way to refund me my money. (About $45.00). The best they could do was to give me a "store credit". I probably just should have piled all my stuff on the counter and told them I wanted a complete refund, and/or left the merch and walked out and disputed the charge on my card. But I did not. The policy that, for a screw-up or mistake at a store, is to require the customer to RETURN to the scene of the crime, (I happen to be local, but that is not permanent and besides the point), but require the consumer who got poor service to return again for more of the same poor service, to use your credit, and, presumably, to spend more at the same place that messed up the first time, has never made sense to me. What the owners of the store hope is that you never use the credit, or, if you do, you will probably have to give the owner MORE money to use the credit, makes it clear the owners benefit whenever they make a mistake of this sort. I'm not sure about how I'm going to get my credit...since the place is now on my permanent boycott list. but I have spread the word to all my friends and recommended they give this place a pass from now on. read more

I love this place! The merchandise they have is a bit pricey, but the quality is superb. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The clearance section has amazing deals. The off-season deals are great. There are also boots, swimsuits, and undergarments sold in the back, year round. The store is well organized and fashion forward. Would recommend. read more

My son and I just came across this store by chance and it was a wonderful shopping experience. The salesmen were very friendly and helpful with no pressure. Excellent selection of men's wear and the shirts fit the long torso of my son. Prices were very reasonable. Exceptional service no matter what your orientation. We will be back to shop here next time we're in town. read more

Great place! The boyfriend and I were visiting Dallas for a convention, but opted to go shopping in the gayborhood to see what the city had to offer for the gay community. This place is fantastic! Some of it is expensive(though totally worth it), but we did end up with a new pair of underwear and 2 pairs of swimwear for 40 bucks. But the staff was VERY friendly and made conversation, so it was just overall a pleasant experience. We'll definitely be shopping here again on our next trip to the city. read more

This is a great place to purchase men's upscale casual clothing. They have a particularly large section of men's underwear and swimwear. Diesel and Rock Republic jeans are carried and they have a good selection of both. Since Outlines is part of Dallas's GLBT community and a local small business, I prefer to come here over the mall if at all possible to support local small businesspeople. The staff in particular is very friendly and has no attitude unlike many other clothing type stores. Lastly, on some days they are even open until around 10 or 11 PM, which is ultra convenient. read more

Owned by the owner of Skivvies, down the street, this is a store that caters more to the trendy and upscale fashionistas who careless about the skivvies, and more about the exterior. Cute clothes - t-shirts, jeans, shirts, trousers - but on the pricier side. Really cute and chatty salesman too. I bought a pair of checked shorts here, ideal summer and beachwear. So excited to flaunt it! Oh, and their had the HOTTEST and CUTEST and TRENDIEST boots/shoes, though not a huge collection, AND they were all totally affordable. Lord only knows why I didn't get a pair. Extra points for it being a menswear only store. read more

Great sellection, reasonable prices, and a really cute salesman! Outlines doesn't have the wide selection that Skivvies does, but the quality is unbeatable. Great boots, designer clothes, and again...the cute salesguy. They too have a nice, if not small selection of nice underwear. Outlines is just a great menswear store that all guys should love.
