I sent 2 complaints to my insurance company. Next step is small claims, lawyer, professional licensure for Optometrists. whatever to get the total amount and more for my time and mental stuff from them sending a policeman to my door that night . I had called 3 times after I received the check. No answer. They called the POLICE!!! to give me a no contact order!! Seriously?? Dr.Ferguson has consistently been wonderful with my children.He is patient with them,and explains things in laymans terms. I want to add that when I contacted Unilens, I was told that a pair of contacts I was purchasing could be worn for 3 months before being replaced. That was substantially different from what was shown on the prescription from the Coos Eye Care which stated that the contacts should be replaced after 15 days. That information was confirmed when I called the office at Coos Eye Care, adding that I would damage my eyes if I wore them longer. I am at day 70 on my first pair from Unilens and they are still comfortable.
