Our suite had 1 king bed (very soft mattress) with two closets, a dresser, and a full bathroom. Another room had 2 twin beds (no windows - which was actually really nice for sleeping as it was often light out when we went to bed). We also used the pull out couch as we had 5 people in our party. It was very easy to communicate with the company via text and we really appreciated their speedy responses. We used the hot tub once, which was really nice. Make sure you make a reservation though. We used the in suite washer and dryer a few times as well. Very happy to have that! We took advantage of the parking lot, which was very easy to get to. The only thing that would have been better was another shower. Overall, LOVED this place! Highly recommend!

When my entourage arrived and we walked in the door I was immediately flooded with the thoughts of home. It's a great chalet/condo experience. The room has a full kitchen, two floors where the upstairs is rooms to sleep. The decor is dated and the mattresses a bit too soft for my liking. But I managed to sleep well. Even though this place is close to the highway, you couldn't notice the noise at all which was nice. The pool and hot tub were a mess. I think it's time for a Reno. The hot tub was more like a warm bath. The tiling and trim pieces for the jets that didn't work were falling off. It was gross. This place is close to the downtown core so walking isn't an issue. Rates were reasonable as well. Will I come back? Probably not. There are plenty of other places in Canmore that will give you a way better relaxing experience than this place.

Our 900 square foot (approx) chalet was a good deal for the price of $150 USD (approx) per night. The beds were extremely comfortable, wifi is free, the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and lots of plates, bowls, and utensils, and the unit was in very good shape. Despite almost backing up to the Trans-Canada Highway, we barely heard any road noise and slept extremely well. Moreover, the place is a quick drive from downtown Canmore, 15 minutes from Banff, and less than a minute's drive from the Trans-Canada. So why only 3 stars? The Mystic Springs attracts a loud and obnoxious crowd. Being an American, I can only presume that the correct term for these modern-day Renaissance men (and women) would be "hosers". We found plenty of empty bottles of cheap Canadian swill like Molson and Kokanee in and around the pool and what looked like dog turds at the bottom of the pool. Not good, Mystic Springs. Take care of your common areas and clamp down on the loud and obnoxious hosers, and this place will be a find.

You'll need two different codes and a fob to get into the place. Second: Everything is well thought out. We could tell the owners really enjoyed stocking their little slice of Heaven. Pretty pictures, electronics (TV, WiFi, small boom box), furnature, beautiful beds and very well stocked kitchen come together nicely and shows the owners have pride in their little home and desire to make your stay comfortable. As Dear Wife said after our first night's sleep, "This is a delicious bed."

The suites themselves were clean, cozy, and equipped with the typical amenities you would expect from a timeshare. Each unit had a working mini kitchen with a microwave and stove/oven, along with appliances such as a toaster and coffeemaker. Utensils, kitchenware, and bakeware were all provided, which made it easy to prepare meals. The layout worked well for our group -- each suite had one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Everything was functional and comfortable. The best part of our stay was definitely the amenities. We loved having both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. The outdoor hot tub was very popular in the evenings and was usually busy when we wanted to use it, but fortunately the indoor hot tub was available and just as enjoyable. A great surprise was the dry sauna located near the indoor hot tub. We took advantage of both daily after long days exploring Banff -- especially appreciated since temperatures during our stay ranged from -13°F to 11°F. The pool is mostly outdoors with a small indoor section that connects to it. It is slightly heated, but not very warm. Given the extremely cold February weather, it would have been much more enjoyable if the water temperature had been warmer. The location is convenient, especially being close to the Canmore area. However, the property overall feels dated and could use general updating. The hallways are quite dim and would benefit from improved lighting. There were also some frustrations with the check-in process and communication that affected our first impression. Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, we really made the most of the hot tubs and sauna -- those amenities were definitely the highlight of our winter stay.
