I did a couple of quick searches and found Mega Motorsports and gave them a call. My initial call with them was met with knowledge of what was happening and a speedy appointment to get my Mule in for repair. I loaded up and drove over and was quickly checked in. Unfortunately, the repair was taking longer than expected and I had to leave my Mule there overnight. Bonus points to them, they let me drop my trailer in their secured lot overnight, so I didn't have to tow it back and forth empty. The next day I received a call that the repair had been competed and they were confident they had gotten the engine cleaned out and the faulty gasket replaced. A big thank you to Joseph (youngun mechanic) and Zack (service) for getting me and my Mule back out in the forest.

We took a look around and saw a Can Am that we were interested. Brandon Creech, our sales guy, started showing us the features and took us on a test drive. We ended up leaving without purchasing it so we could discuss it more but not even 20 minutes after leaving we decided to text Brandon to tell him we wanted it. It was a Saturday so he said he would have everything ready for Tuesday. We came back Tuesday and the Can Am was inside the showroom waiting to us to pick it up. We went through finance and Kelly walked us through everything and was straight foreword. After we finished the paperwork we went to parts to order a few things from Mike. We recently picked up the parts after being ordered and everyone was super friendly just as the first time. Overall we had a great experience at the dealership from sales, finance to parts. Everyone is friendly and straightforward. We have already highly recommended this dealership to all our friends and family!

I called a different local shop and after two days I still never heard back. I called "417 The Shop", left a message and in less than five minutes had a return call. The owner is a super nice guy, he was honest about what he could and couldn't do on this particular Friday afternoon and what would have to wait until next Monday. I was able to get done everything I needed to within the afternoon. Efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Customer service was even above what I have experienced from many shops in the past. They even had a young man carry my freshly mounted wheels/tires out and load them up in my car for me. Myron is an incompetent hack. I gave him a list of things that needed done to my bike in the spring…read moreof 2023. When I got the bike back half the stuff I asked him to fix had been ignored. Additionally he disconnected my speakers and didn't connect them back. One of the things I paid out the nose to have fixed was the charging system: battery, stator and voltage regulator. By spring of 2024 I was back to not being able to ride because the battery wouldn't hold a charge and I didn't have extra cash to have it fixed again so I missed out on riding all of 2024 because Myron is an incompetent thief and hack. Today I got a call from the garage I took it to this year telling me that none of the electrical system had even been touched, and that whoever had it apart last time failed to tighten down a bolt, and so that loose bolt had destroyed everything in there.
