We did not have this number and this was the first time we have ever been asked this. We have been using this store for about 6 years and have had multiple parts for this same mower. We went a head, drove the 40 min back to our home, I called up the store, was on hold for over 10 min before someone answered. We drove the 40 mins back to the store cause we got told they had 3. We get there, wait around for 20 min cause they couldn't find the part I got told they had. They gave us another part that was supposed to fit our mower and cost more. They did give us a discount on the part. We get up the road and open the box to notice there was something wrong with the part. We drive back to the store and the manager explained what was going on with the part to my husband. My husband (extreamly irritated at this point) went a head back out to the car while I wait for yet another part for this piece I just bought. While I was waiting, the first guy that wanted the modle number looked at me and asked "are you the one that turned me in?" Cunfused I said "I have no idea what your talking about" with a big grin he replied "it's OK, it's alright, the name is Bart. You'll get yours" I was speechless. I have never delt with this guy the entire time I've went to this place and now he's throwing threats at me. I was in disbelief. After that i did call the manager and turned him in for his threat. The manager seemed frustrated about the situation yet seemed like it was not gonna be taken care of. I dont know if i feel safe using this place any longer just knowingly this guy can look up my information and cause more issues outside of the area​

My salesman was not only new and had zero product knowledge but was lazy and rude. He would not return a call and it took me over a week to get a price on a tractor. The manager was no better, reminded me of a shady used car salesman. I went to the Kubota dealer in Springfield and saved $2000 on the exact same tractor. I would avoid this dealership at all costs, you will get the same equipment from other Kubota dealers at much cheaper prices. They are still required to do warranty work on Kubota tractors if they are the closest one to you. (although i have read that their service department is no better than the sales department). Any kubota dealer within a few hundred miles will deliver your tractor and do all the paperwork on delivery, so do not be afraid to shop around, you do not have to drive there.

Nothing is ever done on time or even when they say the 3rd time. This is based on multiple visits and never have I been treated so poorly and rudely by a select few. I wrote them a check for $58,000 and now only about 5 months later I am considering trading it in at a different dealer just to avoid their poor service, even though I love Kubota tractors.

We were so excited to have found the perfect hanging baskets for our mom's for Mother's day and also found a few for myself! The service was great and everyone was so friendly! We were anxious to tell everyone what we had found there and encourage them to go there too! BUT, as we were leaving we apparently went out of the parking lot the wrong way (we were doing the same as the two cars before us) and a van with Waggoner's Nursery stickers on the side was waiting to turn in to the parking lot and the gentleman driving the van was very upset with my husband for apparently coming out of the parking lot the wrong way and proceeded to shake his head, throw his hands up in the air, point at us and who knows where else and shout things that we thankfully could not hear! Had we not been in a hurry my husband would have taken back all that we had just purchased! Sadly, the wonderful experience we had just had a few minutes earlier had turned into one that we will never be back for again! I'm sorry that this gentleman was unhappy about the way we were coming out of the parking lot of his business but as I said before this was our first visit and we had no clue that there was a certain way you were suppose to use! Honestly I was surprised that someone would act like that while driving a vehicle that is used to advertise their business! I got it back with the key practically rusted into the ignition. All that needed to be done was a couple of nuts being loosened and a tire replaced. They claimed they couldn't find another tire online. When I received my mower back I searched online for a new tire and found one on the Husqvarna website immediately. I got it a few days later mailed to me and went to replace the tire...turns out the guy put my tire on backwards as an added "thank you for your service". They took advantage of me, because I am a younger female who is still learning. Beware.
