Natalie was an absolute joy to work with. Great with communication and always on time. She was tireless with the installation, and even helped with things like getting compliance paper work with local village ordinance taken care of. And it was getting installed right before that bad snow that took 2 weeks to melt away. She would apologize over and over about the disruption due to the weather.
