Sam had come with her and offered to set about doing some much needed general cleaning. I was impressed with them both and as we had my daughter's wedding approaching the next week they returned twice more to spring clean, deep clean bathrooms (they really shone afterwards) and make up beds for all our guests. They did a very thorough and excellent job. Following this experience I have decided to keep them on for twice monthly visits to keep everything properly under control. They are hardworking, efficient, and friendly but businesslike- just what I like.

Upset and dissappointed. I employed MaxFab to fit a steel tray underneath my balconcy so that the…read morearea underneath would be dry and water tight during rain. This cost me £2000 which I paid promptly after the work was completed. This was foolish on my part, I should have waited to see how the steel tray held up in bad weather. It did not not! They failed to consider any drainage issues. which has lead to excessive water collection, leading to dampness in my bedroom. Max Fab were not interested in resolving this. In the end, I had to employ a plumber and deal with this issue separately due to the worry of long term damage to my house. Whilst the drainage issue has now been resolved, the steel tray is leaking water so that its is neither water tight or dry underneath during wet weather. I am still waiting for Max Fab to resolve this issue but it looks like I will have to seek legal advice. No a positive note, they were efficient at completing the work and the overall result looks good. But really, I wish I never not the work done as it has not fulfilled its purpose.

When it came time that we had to unfortunately had to leave early, Brices was still very helpful in arranging everything with the landlord and even ensuring we were able to receive back as much money as possible, even though we were leaving before our agreement. Overall, they were very personal and always very responsive to any problems we had with our flat, and in general just made our time there a breeze. The service is just terrible, to the point where my tenant had to ask to contact me and once she got in touch she said the management of the property was very bad. Brices have multiple people who change regularly, it is difficult to understand who to contact for what with so many change. They take weeks to fix a problem and my tenant complained that they ignored her and she had to contact them numerous times about the same thing.

Brand Vaughen Student lettings are an awful company to deal with, from the day one when the girls…read moremoved in they had problems such as no heating and no Wi-Fi emails sent and calls made but it took weeks to get sorted. Within a few weeks damp started to appear in one bedroom and water started to leak through the ceiling of another bedroom to the point they had a bucket catching the water on the bedroom floor. Maintenance calls were logged via the website, email sent and phones calls made but no one replied or turned up for weeks then when a contractor turned up they said they couldn't do it and it was again a number of weeks until a temporary repair was done. By this time the bedrooms were both very damp with mould appearing on the walls and Brand Vaughen would not arrange for this to be cleaned or painted. Then after the girls moved out last term they were charged £700 for deep cleaning and painting of damp walls despite telling Brand Vaughen numerous times it needed to be cleaned and painted due to the leaks in the property. Also when the rent was sent short by mistake for a few hundred pounds all 4 parents that were guarantors when emailed with in 2hours of the mistake pity they couldn't respond this quick to faults and issues being reported. Brand Vaughen Student lettings just want to take the money and do as little as possible to help these youngsters being away from home. STAY AWAY
