So I was referred to Paul by a chiropractor I found on Yelp shortly after my insane car accident! He's been super patient with me, totally nice and really understanding about me freaking out throughout the process. Clearly he's met a lot of frantic clients like me & he kept his cool and calmed me down. Obviously, I'm not a lawyer but we all think we know a thing or two about law from watching tv shows, etc... but he gently explained that the things I tried to suggest we do was not how things work. lol! The idiot on the other side who t-boned us on Ocean Blvd, 2 years ago, had state bare minimum car insurance coverage and was clearly trying to cash in on some insurance money from me! (He definitely was speeding and didn't even slam the brakes!) Anyway, I had what my office required and it was enough to cover plenty but MY insurance guys were horrible! Don't get insurance from AAA. They SUCK! (They kept changing management or the person in charge of my case and was trying to give us the run-around and stall and make excuses but Paul got them to finally agree to a fair amount and it really helped me pay my bills as I was unable to work like I used to since the car accident in 2021.) My collarbone broke into 3 pieces!!! It's still in pain here and there and I didn't opt for a surgery because the Orthopedic Dr said I'd probably have to get another surgery after the initial surgery to take out the metal screws later... so My left arm & shoulders can't stretch or carry heavy stuff like it used to but I'm grateful Paul fought hard until we were awarded, got me the most he could from the horrible car insurances and put up with my frantic texts and emails and calls.
