My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that officer for stepping in to help my son and his friends get home safely. Not fun. When I found out securing your property is a legit concern due to stupid criminals my stress jumped. I shopped around for local security. This only added to the stress. Some company's didn't have staff to add new accounts. Nobody would recommend another agency. And I read lots of reviews - there are some really bad experiences out there. Stress leveled up. I called AOne. Sandy was courteous and communicated well. I met with her and expressed my concerns. What if the guard didn't show up. What if the next shift didn't show up. These were legit concerns based on the reviews I read. She explained her process and I felt much better. First night of coverage her lead person John showed up a bit early to check things out. Then the guard showed up and John lined him up for his shift. I met all the guards and they were all professional. They didn't know me but took initiative to speak with me when I pulled up. And they all showed up for their shifts. So here's the bottom line. This company kept my property safe. They were all professional and courteous. I slept better knowing they kept watch over my property. Next time I need security services this is the company I will use.
