The management of this company is very professional and they treat their employees with a lot of respect and understanding. They are very fair and will try to help their employees with any obstacles. My Experience in working with other security companies can not be compared to GPF. With other security companies, managers belittle employees that are below them and treat them unfairly. They give you no say on decisions that occur such as one week you are working morning shifts and with little to no notice you are forced to work graveyard. I recently stopped by Guardian Protection Force and left with a really positive impression. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The operations manager took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. One thing that really stood out to me was the office itself. It was clean, organized, and honestly a lot nicer than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their company and the image they present. I also learned that not too long ago a tree fell into their office space which could have been a major setback seeing that they were able to keep moving forward continue growing, and even expand with another office in Tracy was really impressive. Altough I live in a nice neighborhood, I had a really bad experience where someone tried to break into my home one night. My family's safety is if utmost importance so I called around for private security at my home. Guardian Protection Force was responsive and professional. They had reliable armed security at my house the very next day. I worked with the CEO, Garrett, and 2 if his armed officers, Phil and Alek. Everyone was great to work with throughout. I recently used the plain clothes, special event security services of Guardian Protection Force at a 400 person event. They were amazing to work with and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. This company has amazing guards!! I am visiting Sacramento/ California and had amazing experiences with the Hilton guard Rob. A homeless couple entered the lobby and In a split second the guard Rob was in front of them handling the situation. Despite the homeless couple being rude and belligerent he calmly talked them down and escorted them off the property with such finesse and proficiency and professionalism.
