My boyfriend got brand new rims and tires put on here and at 55 mph the whole car was shaking. We called thinking it was a bad weight or bead so we brought it in only to be told it was our fault and we bought THREE bent rims. Mind you they were brand new still in the box when giving to them. Now I have been into cars my whole life I knew that wasn't right. They took the brand new wheels off the brand new rims and put the winter tires and old rims back on and charged us more money. I had enough at this point so we took it to Les Schwab tire by kwik trip and told them everything and the first thing we were asked was did they put the wheel rings on so the rim is flushed with the hub? No we even tried to ask about it with Fisk and was told again our rims were bent. My boyfriend is a metal machinist so we put the bare rims in the machine to see if they were bent and looky there not one was bent. Les Schwab took care of us and this place FISK TIRE scammed us out of hundreds of dollars. WOSRT SHOP EVER!!! If you want to get scammed come here. They will put all the blame on you just to take more of your money. Extremely disappointed.

We have used TAC a few times for oil changes, using a coupon. There has never been any question or…read morepushback about the coupons and my husband was told that they don't expire if there is no date on them, see attached. This morning my husband went in for an oil change appt that he made online on Sunday. We live in Cambridge so it's a little bit of a drive. When he arrived he was told that the appt was not available, and that they rebooked him for tomorrow. He got no notification about this, no text or email. He left frustrated, and I decided to call TAC and see if I could talk to a manager. I was hoping that they would do the right thing and offer a free oil change for the hassle. The manager got very defensive, saying that their computer system doesn't really make the appts, they have to go in manually and "accept" them. They don't make calls to let the customer know that this has happened, but rely on this same computer system to send out a notification or something. This didn't happen in our case. He went on to point out that they have honored our "expired coupons" in the past, I guess implying that they have bent over backwards for us before, so we shouldn't be too upset about this inconvenience. (See note above about how we've been told the coupons don't expire, and the attached photos which show no dates.) When I pulled up their website I saw their emphasis on "NEIGHBORLY SERVICE. TRADITIONAL VALUES." They say "When you visit our shop, you will be treated like family." This experience has me wondering what their relationship is like with their neighbors and family.
