I had a very specific way I wanted the mats cut. She took notes, helped me with mat and moulding selections, and promised to have it ready in an expedient fashion. When I picked up the framed art work I was "wowed" with the flawlessness. I loved the piece and hung it proudly in my home. By the way, she has a lot of other nice art on display. LTO productions are made up of local cast and crew and sponsored by local businesses. I attended a play there recently and had a great time. A couple of cast members, dressed as nuns, mingled with members of the audience before the performance. They greeted people seated near the center aisle and handed out mints! The people involved with these productions put in a lot of time and work and it really shows. They gave six performances over two consecutive weekends. If you're interested in good local theater, you won't regret checking out one of them. You can select your seats and buy them online. Send them to your phone, print them at home, or pick them up at the ticket window before the show. I had them sent to my phone. Within seconds I received a text with a link to a QR code for each seat. You are encouraged to download the app for the ticket service, but the app no longer exists. You can go to the ticket service website to view or gift your tickets to others. If you're keeping the tickets for yourself, the text you receive at the time of purchase is all you need.

She was "always right" and refused to even listen to us. Dealing with her was a nightmare and easily the worst part of the entire wedding. Head Chef prepared a wonderful meal for the tasting. The food was not as good for the wedding, and the portions were very small. Wedding guests did comment on how the food was not what it was at our other daughter's wedding at this same venue. General Manager/COO did make sure that things were corrected (financially), but refused to respond directly to e-mails or telephone calls. Office Manager was very helpful and friendly. Catering Lead and staff along with the bartending staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! They were cheerful and very professional. Their customer service skills were wonderful. Maybe the management team could learn from them.
