She tried to push the comb down more but she still cut it 2 inches shorter than she wanted it. She just went for it, didn't even wet it. She showed me a a few pictures and a picked a really nice cut - saying, I wanted that exact cut. Think, classic Jennifer Anniston with chunky layers at the back, starting at the base of the crown. It looked ended up looking nothing like the picture. It looked like a helmet. I had to ask her to layer it. Instead, she thinned my already-thin hair! It was choppy and looked more rocker-person than classy lady. It was uneven and the little patch at the back was crooked and the length within the patch was uneven and had a couple of bald places!!! I was furious & will never go back. I think my hair dressers name was Sherry.
