He, again, exceeded our expectations and finished extra trim and painting that needed to be done in some other rooms but we hadn't thought to ask about. Ryan kept us up to date with photos throughout the renovation process. This was nice to be able to see the progress as each part of the renovation was being worked on. The quality is incredible! I would recommend TSB to anyone looking to have work done. My experience is with residential renovations but I know Ryan does so much more. He is so easy to work with and he obviously cares about his reputation and the customer relationship.​

He advised us that we needed a new boiler and that he could do the job. I had an intuition that I should have followed. I asked him "are you sure you can handle this job and get the new boiler installed?" He assured me that he absolutely could! Then he asked for $2,000 up front And I paid it. Well we ended up ordering the new boiler ourselves and had to hire someone else to do the instal! Well, he did not accomplish anything. No return of our pre payment of $2,000 either. Yup!!! Ok progress, I was contacted today and told to wait a few days.
