The pricing here is fair, and they are always good about getting us in for appointments. The staff at ESCA has been with us during great news, and also for the not so great days. We drive across town even though there are at least 5 other clinics that would be closer to my home. I would recommend this office to anyone, anytime.

Went to our 6 month check up for heart wormer for the dogs. All checked good. A Prescription was…read morewritten. When we asked to have it called or faxed to the Pharmacy we were told they wont do that but they sell a different heart wormer. This is after spending Thousands of dollars with them. Several times thought just to have them say take them to Ann Arbor. Could you imagine taking your child to the pediatrician and having them say they sell a different medication but we will not call , fax or give a phone approval for a third party to make money off you. Now this medication is to keep your child from getting as life threatening sickness. WOW talk about the money grab. They should be ashamed of themselves! I know I would be. Im waiting for a response to justify their action involving... Insurance coverage....Policy..... Or some other excuse. Shot givers and money takers that's it Not a veterinarian.

Took my dog here because she was not eating or pooping and blood was in her urine. They did a quick…read morein out just looking at her and taking x ray saying it's probably bladder stones or an infection giving us pills and sending us on our way. They never took blood and when we got her back from x ray she refused to walk (SHE WALKED IN!). Later that same night we called this vet because her breathing slowed and they just said call animal warren. Animal warren said call police :/ We ended up taking her to a different vet for an emergency and two different vets asked if they took blood which THIS PLACE DID NOT TAKE BLOOD! Turns out my dog had a disease that might of been able to be caught in time if they would of drawn blood but now instead although emergency vet tried all they could my baby died. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS IT'S SOMETHING VERY SIMPLE! I'm no longer taking any of my pets here
