They have taken very good care of our Dogs without us having to take a second mortgage out on our house. She put me on hold and came back and said she had no appointments this Friday June 17 nor on Saturday. I then asked if there were any appointments next week and she replied no and hung up mid conversation. I called back and spoke with the manager and was told the incident would be addressed. The person hanging up was not only rude, but represented the business poorly. This was my first and last call to this business because apparently they don't need or value new customers!

When I called for another appointment I got a text before I even hung up. I needed a refill and they said when do you want to pick it up? OMG The difference between the people at the front desk at Shepherd Spring versus over here like night and day. What cat is not stressed out riding in a carrier? Anyways, turns out he was a little chunky, which she was angry about. She then said she was going to put together an estimate for the neuter of our kitten and then left. A tech walked in with the estimate for the procedure, and when I had questions it was the tech who answered them, not the veterinarian. I felt a little lost because they quoted 2 prices, one of which was $619 and the other was $756 for a basic neuter! They then told me I needed to schedule the surgery and basically shoved me out the door. I called around to other vet hospitals and they said the neuter would only cost $150 to $250 with everything included! Needless to say I canceled the neutering with this practice. I would not suggest going here, they are overpriced, to say the least, and did not make me feel welcome.

She tried to then say it could be seizures. I researched and said I think the anal glands are impacted by her symptoms. Turns out it was impacted anal glands. They then charged me another $200. BEWARE. She tried to gaslight me and say it wouldn't cause her symptoms, but the infection from it does. It's a shame when Drs can't admit their mistake.
