Called Reed Septic in Nashville IN, they came same day and cleaned the other guys mistakes. Slightly more expensive, BUT you get what you pay for. I'm now on their tickler file, they'll randomly check my tank, if it needs a pump out they'll take care of it. Clean, professional, and courteous service. In 30 years of watching this done, I've never seen this thorough of a job done. They also took time to educate us as to what we can do better in the future to forestall expensive repairs. We had a bit of an emergency right after the holidays, the septic tank was full and the sewer pipe was also clogged. I got a hold of Steve at 4:30 pm and he was on another emergency job at the time, but said he would get to us first thing next morning. Sure enough, Steve showed up the next morning and got us squared away. He empty the tank, and after we saw that water was still not flowing, he offered to try to unclog it, which he did with great success.
