On June 30, 2023 we booked services with Owl Do It via U-Haul and we are glad we had Sid and team to do the heavy lifting for us. Shortly after we booked our services, I received a text and email confirmation. The email also sent us a short inquiry asking for the specifics of our needs. Once I submitted this, again Sid was responsive and confirmed the time and date of our move. On 8/10/23 the day of our move, we received a text confirming our move time and what time Sid and team would arrive. They arrived on the agreed upon time and had us moved out of our one bedroom apartment to our new location in an hour or so. What we appreciated most is when Sid arrived, he confirmed that we were his clients and introduced him and his team, which was a team of two total. They were professional and handled our belongings with care, I observed this as I was sitting directing them to the rooms our items should be placed. I also liked that when they brought in our furnishings, for example our bar stools, they didn't just leave them stacked but took time to unstack them gently.
