I often hear people say the way to judge a company is by the way they fix a mistake. They were supposed to come Saturday morning. Something happened to one of his guys and the guy didn't show up. He didn't warn them so they couldn't come to me. Sunday came I asked how likely it was it would be done today. He said he'd do everything possible to make it to me. He did. He arrived around 8 pm worked really hard, very polite both guys. Both wore masks. No struggle to move anything no moment when I needed to look away (like so often happens when you watch someone move things) nothing broken. Once these guys arrived they were A+! As we all know stuff rolls down hill that day I happened to be at the bottom of the hill. I truly believe he did EVERYTHING in his power to make it right. Brad and his team helped me with my move in mid-March earlier this year, and I was very happy with the service. PRO: They were a team of 2 young boys who really had their priorities right- they were efficient and good at moving things. Once they got to my apt, they really took over with the moving, and I didn't have to worry anymore. They didn't waste any time, got to moving boxes right away, and they didn't cause any damages. They were attentive of my furniture and even moved mirrors and small pieces perfectly. No scratches or damages in the end. When we were en route to the new apt, I got caught up in traffic and ended up reaching my new apt building 30 minutes later than them. But they waited and didn't complain about it once. I really appreciated that. They also helped put back a door we had unhinged at the old apt, placed my furniture in areas I needed them in at the new apt, and stayed thoroughly professional throughout the hours of work. They are fairly priced and they were a very nice bunch of people. A 3rd friend joined them at the new apt to help out with moving our furniture and he was just as nice as the other 2. CON: Like other similar reviews on here, they showed up later than discussed- We had a 9-10am window, and they showed up closer to 11:30am. I didn't get any calls until I called them, but when we did talk they were very polite and explained why. And honestly, I only had the move scheduled for that day, so other than the anxiety of waiting, moving my scheduled key pickup time and elevator reservation time at the new building I was moving to, it didn't bother me too much. Again, they are very good at what they do, but if you're on a strict timeline, this is something you might want to discuss prior. Word of advice- although I had planned for a buffer and had withdrawn more money than I thought I would need to pay for this move, we ended up cutting it close and it took longer than planned to finish the move in terms of both time and money. I think there were several factors that played into it from both parties. But you pay by the hour. So in the end I pretty much paid all the money I had pulled out of the ATM. Had the move taken any longer, I would have had some inconvenience trying to run over to the atm again. So definitely pay attention to the distractions and plan for that too. read more

I cannot recommend them for anyone as their customer service is very pathetic. I didn't mind when they rounding up the hours even for 15 minutes in an hour which costs almost $120 extra for me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Scheduled with them and confirmed moving day and time with a phone call in advance. We called 15 minutes prior to arrival to confirm, they stated they were close. Then they texted about 30 minutes later that they were having issues renting a truck, we called them and stated they are movers and they never let us know they didn't have a truck. At which point their problem was our problem. We waited another 15 minutes and started loading a pickup truck and our cars. Beware before using this "moving company." They are not dependable and you will be left on your own. Maybe there will be truck, maybe they will SHOW!!! We were moving my 90 year old parents out of assisted living, which was already stressful enough, and these guys made it into a total disaster. BEWARE!! read more

They never showed up for our move and I could not get in touch with them to figure out what happened.we waited for 2 hours- I called, messaged through yelp and Facebook and did not hear back until 5 hours after their scheduled arrival time. They said they had the date wrong in their calendar and would come later that day or the following day at a reduced rate, but by that point we had scrambled for another company to move us. I also have the notification of the date and time scheduled. While I get that mistakes happen, they need to figure out a way for customers to be able to get in touch with them immediately. read more

Didn't show up for one. Never even called me to tell me there was an issue. I called the owner and after a while of being put on hold or the phone down whatever, he said they had a small job before mine (mine was at 10:30am) and their truck wasn't working so they had to borrow another truck. My items were already packed in a trailer, all I needed was the guys to come unload it. He said they could get to me by 3-4pm but wasn't guaranteed. He did offer to charge me for only 2 people but send 3 even if he was the 3rd which I appreciated but we didn't have a ton of time to get this done. My apt complex has strict hours when you can do things and my parents needed to take their trailer home so we said nevermind and cancelled. I called friends and we got it done ourselves. I understand stuff happens that you can't control, I'm not being unreasonable, but good customer service would have been calling me to tell me there would be a delay....not me having to hunt them down 40 mins after the movers should have arrived. Honestly I'm not sure why the movers didn't come unload my trailer while they waited for a new truck. When I mentioned that I was told they had to wait to find a truck. Doesn't make sense. Not the most professional of places. But considering they didn't show/we cancelled them I can't speak to their actual moving work.
