I am in the beginning stages of planning my sister's baby shower. The time to print and buy shower invitations is now upon me. Also, I've been the to sushi place next door a few times at night and always admire the gigantic giraffe in the window. I stopped in yesterday with my boyfriend to check out and get a price on the giraffe (baby present, hello!) and see what kind of invite printing/customization they offer. The employees were sitting in the back, talking to another customer about an order she had placed. There is a bell, and the place is not that big; they clearly saw and heard us walk in. We were given a quick glance, and that was it. We walked around for five or ten minutes, looking at the invitations and small children's toys/gifts that they had. We even were obviously looking at the giraffe and trying to look for a price tag! Still, no one said a single word to us or gave us a second glance. We left without making a purchase, and I will NOT be returning. It's a shame, because they had several invites that I liked and obviously the giraffe I wanted to buy. Horrible, terrible customer service!

The space is perfect for a reception or any type of small or large gathering. It's open and you create the theme of your choice. The room houses two large bars and plenty of space for a buffet setup, cake stand, picture booth and much, much more. The lighting is great for phot ops and really helps to display the decor and cleanliness. It's really just a great space all around and there is soo much that you can do with it to capture whatever essence you are going for. The staff was super attentive and nice and what's crazy I ended up at the second bar towards the back because it was closer to our table. The young man whom was tending bar that night looked all of 18 but he was a master craftsman at concocting cocktails and super knowledgeable about drinks. He was very professional and quite nice. To be honest, it is uncomfortable to write details about my experience; but to keep it short and to the point. Shannon just doesn't have what it takes to manage many moving parts. You can hire her to plan your kids birthday party, but by no means can she handle a wedding; and mine had under 150 guests. My other vendors had a hard time coordinating with her and appeared disgruntled towards her. understandably so. She might appear to write things down, but manages to confuse dates, times and specific requests. Hope this helps the next bride; Pay a little more and get a stress free day!

We used this company for our high school's prom for the last two years. The first year, the DJ…read moredidn't have any of our music downloaded and couldn't connect to the venue's wifi, so he didn't play anything that we wanted (and couldn't accommodate requests... but he asked for them anyway). What happened this year is reprehensible. During our dance, this DJ asked multiple high school-age girls for their phone numbers. He showed up to a kid's house party after the dance ended. That night, some students found a bio online that he had written saying proms were his favorite events to work, but, in our call weeks before, he told me that this was his first prom. This detail has now been removed. We reported this incident to Millennium Productions. Their excuse for a solution is to restrict this DJ from working proms in the future. We are extremely disappointed in the company's failure to fully hold its employees accountable for inexcusable predatory behavior. Do not work with them.

I met with Aaren about a year before my wedding date and during our first meeting I really think we hit it off just right. I felt like I was talking to someone who truly "got me". I think Aaren knew that I was a Type-A (OCD) bride and she was able to calm my nerves. During our meeting she explained to me the different packages they offered. I knew I wanted a day before/day of person, but I also liked the idea of having someone help out during the month off for all of the other things. I wanted to do all the planning, but I needed someone to do the implementation. It was a done deal. I left that meeting and I knew I needed Aaren in my life! Soon after our first meeting I called her to confirm and sign a contract! It was a huge relief for me to know that I had Aaren. She made me feel at ease. Throughout the process I e-mailed her questions about etiquette and I kept her up-to-date with other vendors. I knew she was keeping a folder so whenever I had an update I would send it her way. I would like to think I wasn't a needy bride, but I know there were times when I started panicking for no reason. Aaren always calmed me down. By the week of my wedding I had a ton of items and decorations to drop off with her. I met her in her office and talked through my "vision" and provided her all the items she needed. She also had all my other vendor information and told me she would be in contact with them for the timeline of the event. I did not need to worry about anything! Honestly, it felt great to not have to worry about anything. I think I did a good job of just letting things go. Aaren and 2 assistants arrived for the rehearsal and had all the details confirmed for the next day. By the day of the wedding I was actually very "chill" since I knew Aaren and her team would make sure the ceremony and reception were set up correctly. She was my point person for the day and did an awesome job at handling all the day of things. By the time I made it to my reception the everything was set up just as I had hoped. Aaren really did listen to me and she made sure everything was just right. I knew I could trust her to get things done right. Again, as a type-A person it was hard to let go, but Aaren was the best person for me to trust. I didn't even worry about anything. There were a few minor issues that came up throughout the day, but with her help no one knew anything! It was flawless and my wedding was everything I had ever imagined it would be. Thanks to Aaren and her team for all of their help and assistance to help make my wedding day magical.

Our parents were getting into it, the grandparents were getting into it, little kids, etc. My father in law was wandering around with some of the props on his head and the photographer snapped a few that ended up in our wedding album - hilarious! These pictures were really the first thing we got photo-wise from our wedding since the formal wedding photos take a little bit to come back, so we really cherished these a bunch! Most brides and grooms have to simply wait for their photographer to get through several weddings before they see their own wedding festivities. Fish Eye Fun solves that problem. The photobooth is not cheap, and the product and service you get in return is not cheap (you get what you pay for and its worth it), but I have seen other photo booths put out photos that are not unique in any way. Fish Eye Fun is unique and their employees and customer service are excellent. I believe they care about their clients, and they truly get involved with their clients on Facebook, Instagram, etc and make you feel like you've become their friend - even after your wedding. I appreciate that about a business, a lot, and it means they are getting my word of mouth and I am at the right age where a LOT of people are getting married to whom I could offer advice. Event planning is also a small part of my job as a finance coordinator. ;) You are getting what you pay for. Pro tip, book them at a wedding show and save a chunk of cash on your fee. My friends and I are trying to think of reasons to have events where it would be appropriate to hire them again and all pitch in for it... Yeah, we are just those kinds of people - give us some liquor and a photobooth. ...Maybe we could throw fake weddings for the photobooth.
