At the recommendation of a friend and satisfied customer, we engaged Ross about a year before we actually made the leap to move to the Portland area. Even though we hadn't yet made the commitment to move or to take on Ross' services, he had no problems taking the time to meet with us when we were in the area and answering questions via phone and email when we weren't. We were rather particular about what we wanted in a home. My husband and I both had our lists and priorities and we knew finding the right home would take time. Whenever we found listings that were in the ballpark, Brian was always quick to coordinate viewings with the owners, and he was always on time to show us the houses.
