Brad and Lyndon were great to work with. Lyndon was our showing agent and made all the houses we saw (23 in total if memory serves) enjoyable. Not only that, but since most of those houses were just before we were ready to buy he also didn't seem too upset at the amount of time we took up without the intention to buy right then. It paid off though: first day out and we found our dream house, then the fun began. Throughout the home buying process we (first time homebuyers) felt informed and knowledgeable. We learned along the way, and Lyndon was quick to point out things we should keep an eye on in a house -- though we also noticed even on our last tour he still looked at all the things he told us to look at anyways. To echo what another person said, the team is no doubt busy but you'd never know it. We didn't feel abandoned or left out of anything. There were even some things put in our contingencies that we mentioned in passing as "nice to have" items which we forgot about that Lyndon and Brad wrote into our offer. We ended up getting an already competitively priced home under list. We were fortunate in that we didn't really experience the dreaded other buyer situations many face. I first met with Brad Wulf to discuss my house planning with the intent of just getting can idea about the process of finding a home. I'm an attorney, by training, and know the legal and tax side of much of the process. However, there is do much more to know. Brad sat down with me for over an hour giving me the run down of what to expect, even though he knew I wasn't looking right away. Selling a house long distance can be challenging but I could go to sleep at night without a worry knowing Brad always had my best interest in mind. In consultation with him I decided to rent my house for a few years until the market was more favorable. We both agreed this summer was the right time. Because I didn't want to dicker back and forth with a potential buyer Brad worked diligently to assess the market and my neighborhood to find a listing price that met my needs and was attractive to buyers. My husband and I bought a house in May of 2016. We had started working with another realtor, but were less than satisfied because they basically had zero sense of urgency.
