I was in a wedding that was hosted here and it is a gorgeous venue! They have a gorgeous area for the ceremony! Plus their food was amazing! I got the steak sirloin and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend plus I got to try the fettuccine pasta and it was to die for! The only thing I would change is the bridal suite since there was 8 of us in there it was very tight. There's not a lot of hooks and seating area especially if you're getting ready there the morning of. Otherwise great venue for weddings! read more

The club is by far the best bang for you buck for a Country club member in Fargo from what members I do know have told me. Having been here few times, It features a wonderful 18 hole golf course, driving range, spectacular patio view of the golf course areas. The pool area is beautiful, of course banquet rooms & dining from what many say is one of the best Chef's in the region. I have been lucky enough to be a guest here & it is a wonderful setting here. I was invited a wedding & also as a dining guest a few times, truly a wonderful place & the food was delicious & with first class service. I'm not sure how much a membership runs here or how you can get to become a member, but I would bet it's well worth it if you can afford it & love to golf & spend time with family friends. Played here, as a visiting guest, thru a setup from our local club. From start to finish it was a great experience. The staff was excellent, very personable, and incredibly welcoming. This Country Club is one of the cleanest and well maintained restaurants I've been to. The service here is absolutely astounding and the food is unbelievable. We had the opportunity to be at Oxbow twice in a week for different events. We were unable to golf due to conflicting schedules but were able to make both dinners. The food was so/so on the first occasion and quite good on the second. However, the service on both occasions was abysmal. The entire time we were there on the second occasion I was served one drink (I arrived earlier and waited at the bar)after that several waitstaff milled around visiting with other staff but at no point asked if we'd like another beverage or even a glass of water. Keep in mind at one point we were the only table there. read more
