My family and I always stay here every time we visit the Philippines. We stayed here for more than a week. I like how diverse this particular area is and it's close to a bunch of malls and outlets such as Glorietta, SM, and Greenbelt (walking distance). The room rates were pretty affordable, so my parents were able to get me a room of my own. My room on the 25th floor came with balcony and an amazing view of Makati City. It doesn't hurt to ask for an upgrade, so I recommend the top floor feature. The room was very spacious as well. The housekeeper changed my bed sheets and towels everyday, but some towels have stains on them so I had to ask for another one. Also, every time you ask something from the front desk, it always take so long, so you'll have to call and remind them again. But overall, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They always say hi to you when you walk in to the hotel or if they see you in the hallway. Additionally, they offer free breakfast and wifi. They also have a shuttle service to and from the airport if you make reservations ahead of time.
I gave this hotel a 3 star because I felt disrespected once by one of their guards. Granted, that was the first time I've seen him, so he's probably new or something and he does not recognize me. He didn't want to let me into the hotel because I "look like a prostitute", so I called my Mom to pick me up from the door. I was wearing shorts and a crop top because it was so hot. You'll see a lot of young promiscuous open for business girls in this area, so they are very strict about letting certain girls in, but they could have at least asked me what my room number is or if I have a room key.
Lastly, the hotel location is top-notch. Easy access to cheap bars, hookah lounges, restaurants, and nightclubs. Just be careful to not get ripped off by the locals and don't be surprised if a lot of people ask you for money. read more
