He and his crew came when they said they would, were very friendly, professional, respectful, and extremely thorough with their work. They were able to get almost all of the stains out of the furniture, and the ones he couldn't remove, Scotty explained all of the things they tried and truly felt bad about not being able to get them out. After cleaning five couches, a large dining room rug, and a carpeted stairwell, they didn't just leave, they left tarps and blowers behind to actually dry the things that they cleaned.
