I have hired them on several occasions, some routine cleanings and a couple emergencies, and they get the job done EVERY SINGLE TIME. They call when they are on their way, arrive when they say they will (even in terrible weather like today), they go through your invoice and explain all the charges (never any surprises), and offer extra services if they think they might be helpful to you (like the stain protector for our heavy traffic main family room with white carpet and the deodorizer after they cleaned the huge vomit mess in our playroom). I was sitting on my sofa and just so happened to pay attention to my carpet and recognize that it needed cleaning...BADLY. I performed an internet search of local carpet cleaning services, and stumbled upon Bee Clean Services. It had overwhelmingly positive reviews, some even complete with before and after photos. I was impressed, and immediately booked the service online. The day of the cleaning, I received a heads-up call from a polite and cheery guy that informed me he'd be to my home in approximately 30 minutes. Like clockwork, he was at my house in 30 minutes. He did a walkthrough, and even decreased my price (I'd overestimated the number of stairs I needed cleaning). He worked alone, but thoroughly and efficiently. About 2 hours later, my carpet was amazingly clean; it was cleaner than I thought possible. I will absolutely use Bee Clean again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Our carpet had a decent amount of pet urine in 2 rooms that we had tried to get up ourselves with multiple products, the spot bot machine, etc. The smell was still pretty strong even months after our beloved cat passed away. I received a few quotes and Bee Clean ended up being the most reasonably priced for the level of service I needed. We had Dave here yesterday. Scheduling was easy, Dave showed up on time (and called when he was on his way), and paid special attention to the biggest problem areas of the carpet while still giving a thorough clean to the entire carpet in both rooms. My back hall gets a lot of foot traffic. Although I wash my floors regularly, the grout stated to become dirty and our weathered tile started to look pitted with dirt too. After 8 years of living in our home (we built it), I decided to try a professional tile and grout cleaner. All I can say is...Wow!!! What a difference Bee Clean made on my floors! The back hall tile and grout look like new again. The technician was very friendly and thorough... it was not a rushed job at all. He even went back out to his truck to get some other products to try on a couple of harder areas. Outstanding! The customer service, from the first time I called to the two technicians who just left my home in Brighton, was well above average. The technicians were very careful moving my items and were incredibly polite. I had received the information on cost over the phone and had calcuated exactly how much to expect to pay. The actual cost was $8 less than my estimate. No hidden fees or surprise costs. I had low expectations that the stains left by the previous homeowner would ever come out, especially since they had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Dave arrived within the time frame that he said he would and called me to tell me when he was about 30 minutes away from my home. He looked at the areas I was interested in having cleaned and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I could not believe the results. Stains that I doubted would come clean did. After he was done, he asked me to look at the carpet to see whether or not there were any areas I was concerned about or that needed more attention. He was very polite and professional. Bee Clean did an awesome job! I had a flood in my basement and asked them to come out to try and clean the carpet from being soaked by the water. I figured while they were out, I should just have them clean everything which was couches and chairs and all carpeted rooms and stairs. They called me before their arrival to let me know they were coming and then came during the time they were supposed to. They were nice, professional and cleaned everything great in a timely manner!! I was happy to find out we could schedule something that Saturday. He was very professional from start to finish and the carpet looks great (for a great price). I just had my carpeting cleaned yesterday and am thrilled with the results. I have a home business and my carpeting gets a ton of traffic. Dave has cleaned my carpet for 15 plus years. He is dependable and his prices are quite reasonable. I have light beige carpeting. My second floor rooms have gray black stains along the perimeter of the walls. It is really hard to get this discoloration out. Dave has always paid special attention to this condition for me.
