This is another location thing in Mexico where it was something else and ownership and name just must have recently changed. Before being a OXXO it appears this place was a MiniMarket or Mini Super Milenio. But recently, I'm not sure when, it switched over to OXXO.
We were walking towards the border to cross back over and decided to stop here to grab a drink as it had been a long adventure. This building is long, but narrow. It doesn't allow for much browsing so you kind of need to know what you want as soon as you get in here or you will be pushed through the aisles by the people that do.
Selection is better here than other shops nearby. They allow for a good mix of snacks. Some of my friends were hoping to grab a few things that they had grabbed before as they liked them.
In and out is an easy thing to do here. Be mindful however, as the border crossing located nearby isn't always open and you will need to circle back. read more
