Once I came in for my actual appointment , I was told they didn't have the necessary colours in the salon to do my hair to the color I wanted. Over all , the color turned out decent. One thing that I found annoying is when I went to pay for my service , the expensive after care products that were bought were not done in a separate transaction. I understand tipping on the service provided , but also tipping on product purchased doesn't make much sense and seems unfair. My hair dresser wasn't the most pleasant to be around. Not to mention, but their mask policy is a little over the top. If I'm in the salon for almost 3-4 hours due to the hair dresser taking so long to whip up the concoction for my hair , I think a customer should be allowed a sip of water. It wasn't a bad experience exactly , but it wasn't great. I will be checking out other places unfortunately.

When I walked in for my appointment, the woman seated was asking to have her nails re-done. (Not a good sign). Then the person doing my nails cut me, and I was bleeding! The end result did look nice. But, I am unable to get the nail polish off! I wonder what she put on them. Because I wanted regular (not gel). At one point she was touching my wet burgundy-painted nail, and she saw white liquid, and looked at the containers. (I wrote a private message. But, the response seemed to be an automatic bot. So, I asked around. And, if you want to get your nails done, go to the mall. Not this place by Starbuck's).

I had to tell them to change the shape of my nails.... The filth was terrible everywhere piles of nail dust, their containers looked like they had never been wiped? There brushes were full of nail dust...and then they use it on my hands...when I called they said they did everything?? But when I got there they looked at me like I was an alien ???
