Just wanted to share my experience with these guys and give everyone a heads up. I dealt with Donnie there and although he was very kind the work done there on my vehicle was sub par. The time table given was good, but the finished product was garbage. When i picked up the vehicle it was not cleaned which is what i was told prior to picking it up. There were particulates stuck in the paint and the clocking position to the window crank was way off of position. The repair was just supposed to be for some dent damage to the drivers door. Nothing crazy. Afterwards i was contacted by the insurance company that Ozark Auto Body is contracted though and complained about everything wrong with the repairs. The next day i got a call from Ozark Auto Body and they questioned by bad review of them. They offered to fix everything which they did and everything was as it should have been the first time. Although i do think they just slapped on a clear coat over the particulates stuck in the paint they were able to make it very hard to see unless under close inspection. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. If your are looking for a good Body shops in Harrison AR i would recommend Duncan Auto Body or Winding Hills Auto Body. I have had very good experiences with these 2 shops. read more
