Called them a few times after the 30 day backlog they mentioned on their web site. I was told it would be shipped in a couple weeks. Still no ammo, no calls, and no emails from them about my order. Tried to call today and no answer. Just called Ozark Ordnance and actually got an answer. After over two months on order and them charging before shipping they said they were now canceling all orders. Nothing like getting an interest free loan from hundreds of people. I've been trying to purchase 300BO 147gr from these guys for the last 3 months! Their website has shown ammo in stock multiple times but when I attempt to place my order, there's always a problem, "Credit Card Error: Your Credit Card cannot be charged at this time. Please try again later or contact us for additional assistance" or "Please select Shipping Method" and there are no shipping options shown to choose from????? Good luck trying to call them, chose the first menu option "SALES", it rings around ten times and hangs up!!! Wish they could just be honest and say something like: "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTEMPT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY, PLEASE CALL BACK IN 6 MONTHS WHEN WE GET OUR S*** TOGETHER." I made two orders with Ozark. The first order I had no issues at all. Fast ship and everything. Then in Nov 2016, I ordered .300 blackout ammo. In Feb 2017, I didn't receive anything (this is beyond the 20 or 30 business day delay they posted on the website and on my order confirmation). They didn't bother to answer my emails asking for an update. I then asked for a charge back. They didn't fight it which was fair. All they had to do was answer my question about an update. Had they answered and gave me an anticipated date, I'd be fine with it. My recommendation to them is a little customer service will go a long way. I'm also thinking they accepted more .300 blackout orders that they can handle. Anyhow, I wish the best of luck to Ozark. read more

Placed an order in December. The bank account was charged in December, but It is now April. 4 months is well over 30 business days. Now they won't even answer their phones, email, and their voicemail is full. I dont think this business has any idea wtf they are doing. They obviously cant handle the orders they are allowing people to place. It is getting close to fraud at this point. read more

To be fair I have not run any bullets through my gun yet, this is a review of the company... Purchased 500 rounds on October 5th, their website did state that they were behind on orders and will be shipping out WITHIN 30 business days. I waited till the middle of November before reaching out the FIRST time. Spoke to lady in shipping department that claimed they were still a little behind, but my order was going to the processed the following week. Waited 3 weeks, called again and heard the same story, I told them that it has been beyond 60 days!! They said that the round that I purchased was their top seller, don't know why that matters when you tell customers timelines but then don't keep your word. Late December tried emailing the company instead, got a response that it would not be processed until after the new year. Called a THIRD time on January 3rd (3 months later) and said that I just wanted a refund, lady in shipping said that they would send it out that DAY, I said okay. Did not get a shipment notification label until January 12th, and not even shipped until the 16th!!!! In the meantime the website still says all orders will be processed within 30 business days. Finally received product on January 19th...3.5 months, 4 phone calls, and one email. read more

Have yet to have a ftf shooting my 5th 500 round bulk pack of the 147 grain FMJ. Always cycles without issue. I have also shot the 208 grain subsonic ammo without issue. Keep up the good work guys! Your 300 Blackout is awesome! read more

Order .300 blk ammo on January 4th, 2017 (2/4/17) Month later, no contact from the company. Call them up, claim they're back ordered another month. 3/4/2017 Month later, still no shipment email or anything. Call them up, "oh we've been bought by someone. If you'd like, you can keep waiting and you also get a voucher of some kind for either more of the same ammo or money off the next purchase, it'll only be another one or two weeks by the way" Stupidly, I decided to wait. 4/1/2017 Cancel my order, and am told refund is on the way..... 4/14/17 No on will pick up their phone, the answering machine is full, and they will not respond by email. I still have not received my refund. This company is a fraud, and constantly bamboozles people to the highest degree. Here's the worst part, they drag you along for more than 60 days with promises of Filling your order just so you elapse the 60 day period where you can tell your bank to call back the funds you spent on your order. These tactics guarantee a 100% fraud rating from me. read more

I have no idea if their .300 black out ammo is any good because I can't get any shipped to me. I ordered this ammo on 12/18/2016 and they said it would ship within 30 business days. At 32 business days I sent an email requesting status and never heard back. So far I have sent 3 emails and never got a response. I have called their store 5 or 6 times and was told to leave a message but their automated response said their mailbox is full. You can not speak to them, they do not answer email and they do not answer to voice messages in other parts of the store like sales and accounting. I have requested an order cancellation but never heard back from them. Terrible customer service and do not keep their word on shipments. My next step is my credit card company to get my charges reversed. read more

It's mid September now and am still getting the run around. I've been speaking with the shipping foreman Jonathan about this. I was told I would be taken care of, just submit a claim with UPS. My Claim was Not approved, and am Not getting "Taken Care Of." I was admitted to that the packaging of my order was handle improperly and nothing i have been told has come true. I also placed an order on 10/16/16. Can not get a hold of a live person to see what is going on with my order. When I did on before Feb. 14, I said to cancel my order and give me a refund. When I called back the middle of March I was told by Brian that I would receive it by the end of March. It is now the middle of April and no word yet, and no one answers the phone, it goes to voice mail and then the voice mail is full so you can not leave a message.
