Setting up a day for the work was simple, and every step of the way was communicated through text or email. I never waited more than a short while for a response. The day of the work, I was kept up to date on when they were on the way, and how the work was progressing. After the work was done I was informed of everything that was done, where the issue was, and how it was PROPERLY fixed. Anyone who has ever had roof work done knows that it is always a mess after...not with Rain Day Roofing. I haven't found a shingle, nail, or anything around the yard. They even went around the house several times with a magnet to make sure everything was right. Brendan also went the extra mile for us as he noted some granular loss on the shingles. He is contacting GAF with some receipts to see if they will meet their product warranty. Something he doesn't have to do, but shows the character of the company. I was not only impressed with how quickly Tom and his team got things done, but by how much better everything looks and works!
