All very well displayed. We were greeted right away as we pulled in to park, the gentleman explained a few things to us and then we went on our way through all the greenhouses to find exactly what we wanted with a flat cart in tow that they have for customers to use. All the people working there were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have their own potting mix and I'm sure much more (but that is what we bought) and they loaded it in our truck for us. Plus, their prices are great. 2 CF of their potting mix is about $3 cheaper than brands you find at most big box stores. A fantastic find and I will be a long time customer from now on.

Said they would email quote. Heard nothing again until a voicemail a full week later that said "We don't have time for you this season. Sorry." What an absolute joke of a company. In a small city like Big Rapids, unprofessional, rude behavior like that will get around quickly and I plan on spreading this experience around to all friends and family and anyone else interested in knowing where not to go for any type of landscaping needs.
