Always believed after that long, time to send in for a tune-up, inspection, etc. which became more convenient because son borrowed mower, hit something & belt would not stay on. So, 3-4 weeks later, (I called every week) finally on Thursday before Labor day indicated it was fixed so I picked it up late Friday. Headed home, 50' of mowing, belt was shredded and called them to take it back before 5 of which I did. They checked belt and indicated on pulley had locked up but by the time I get in to discuss they pulled me out, and identified a pulled piece which had nothing to do with the blades or belt. To fix now another 7 to 8 hundred. Stopped by today to discuss, turns out, even though there was no way I hit anything, it was my fault and I was told I hit something. I was not specifically called but multiple times inferred to be a liar. This place went from one of the best to the absolute worst facility in Shawnee Oklahoma. Please avoid at all cost to keep from experiencing similar conditions. Taking mower elsewhere. I would dispute charges but used bank account so guess it's somewhere else and small claims.

I was informed when I arrived that the range closed at 5pm vs the posted hours of 6pm. I got there at 5:05 and the clerk told me they had already cleaned the range and turned off the lights. I figure that means they shut it down before 5 pm and just wanted to walk out right at 6. I say this because I usually shoot after 5 due to my own work hours. All she could say was "closed. Sorry ".... Either operate at the posted hours or change the online information. Pretty disappointing.

We found a lawn mower mechanic and took it to him.He told us to go back to kabota with the blade that broke off and get him new blades.We did as he said and brought them back to him. He had taken the other blades off while we were gone and low and behold the blades that Kabota mechanic put on were bigger holed than what was supposed to be on it.So they brought us misfit blades that tore up the underside of the deck that left several cracks that had to be welded.When we took the wrong blades back and told them what happened and they needed to find out who did that, they told us we'll we dont know who did it and hes probably gone anyway. WTH?? They did not give a s### .All they offered us was a $5. discount off of the correct blades and it cost another 400. for the mechanic to fix and weld the frame.This is not how to run a business.
