So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars? After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. Took it in 8-17 didn't get fixed until 8-27, 11 days. I was looking at the one on display and they directed to one they chose. I am now wondering if mower was not new, at the least I am not happy with your service dept. and would not recommend your company to any one else.
