At that time our furnace went out and he was able to quickly replace the necessary part and fix the issue. Since then my husband and I have upgraded to a different travel trailer, and started to have some electrical issues and refrigerator issues. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval.
