I climbed up on the roof with Eric, and the work looked good. Other shops gave me much higher quotes over the phone, or declined to work on a unit more than ten years old. It took a while to get an appointment, and they kept it for two months, but they got it done in time for an upcoming trip. Don't expect a quick turnaround.

When I went out to assess the situation, I find they actually took the stabilizer motor that was clearly still wired, intact and working, instead of the one that wasn't?!? WTH?! I sent Brian a couple messages, no response until I got rude...this was his response... "I took the one stabilizer motor! THAT IS A LIE I NEVER TOUCHED YOUR RV. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER!" So...he admits to taking the motor, but denies touching my RV?!

Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

His rates are lower than other companies and it is extremely convenient that he can come to our house to do the repairs. I originally heard about All-in Mobile specialists from yelp and first called Garret back in 2020. At that time our furnace went out and he was able to quickly replace the necessary part and fix the issue. Since then my husband and I have upgraded to a different travel trailer, and started to have some electrical issues and refrigerator issues. We knew we had to give Garrett a call, since we had such a good experience with him in the past.
