My boss had booked me a taxi at 1230am to get me home after covering a late shift. I called about…read more1045pm to see if an extra drop would be alright to be told "that should not have been booked we close at 1130pm and the driver coming home now because of the snow". Why did they not say when booking was made over a week ago that they close 1130 and and as for going home due to snow it had been raining for 3hours prior to my call there was no snow left. So with poor business management and poor customer service I was left on my own to walk home in the rain after my shift. So not safe and reliable as they claim but take bookings they are not going to honor and leave women stranded with no other way but walk home early hours in a morning. Will never try and use again.

Absolutely appalling service! Quoted a price of £14, the driver tried to charge me £22! After a…read morecall to the person on the phones, I was told £14 is what I should pay. The driver became really abusive towards me and threw my change at me telling me to use another company next time along with a load of verbal. I've been using taxi's for years and never in my life have I come across anything like this. He was absolutely vile! I've had a really good day off and then it's ended so badly with this con man of a driver! I'm furious!! AVOID PEOPLE!!!
