A nice American Chinese restaurant, with first class facilities, and so is the service. What's more, the waitresses I met were sweet. I have a 10 months daughter and i went to this restaurant as i do it at least 3 times per month. To my surprise, they did not have any areas for infants. Literally, you CAN NOT have your children on any table/booth except for 1 spot in the whole restaurant between 4 tables which they said it was the only place "safe" for my daughter. It was Monday April 22nd at 2:30PM and there were only 2 tables occupied at that moment. They didn't finish there, as if we were mentally retarded, they cited (the manager) OSHA regulations implying due to those regulations my 10 months daughter couldnt seat on a high chair anywhere else in the restaurant. What a shame. I havent gone to PF Changs ever again.....I will actually go to the one in Caguas and I will tell you about my experience over there. read more

Long story short... The waiter was not happy with his tip so he gave a little chuckle, flung the receipt and the credit card on the table. No thank you for coming, or have a nice night, or come again. I left, but as we walked to the car I thought, let me go in and speak to a manager because this is not acceptable customer service. The waiter (Hector) saw us and knew why we were there. When I asked to speak to a manager the waiter bought over two employees which were not managers to handle the situation. After explaining the story to the "managers" who really weren't, the waiter stayed and was very argumentative towards us and very openly voiced that he was not happy because he did not agree with the tip that he received. It did not go well because the "managers" were trying to make thing better but the waiter was still confrontational and didn't stop. When I informed my mom how it went, she went in to speak to the manager and when he saw her he said out loud "otra vez!" My mom told the hostess that she wanted to see a manage because of this young mans behavior and comment. Not once did the "managers" tell the waiter to step away and let us talk. I will stop here because this is an abridged version and there's more for me to say... This will be a letter to corporate headquarters. All names will be included in our letter. read more

We had "buddhas feast" ans "kung pao chicken" the 1st one was suppose to be stir fried, was but they added so mich sauce, the veggie flavor disappeared, the chicken was ok considering the location being in puerto rico and not calif. the service though was excellent. read more

This is a review for PF Changs Plaza del Caribe. The service was super slow, we were a large group of 10 (5 children), it took them 1.5 hours to serve our food, the waitress barely showed up at our table, didn't bring drinks on time. Mejor vayan a Itzumi (4 minutos de PF Changs - 5 estrellas en Yelp) o vayan a Macaroni Grill (justo al frente de PF Changs). -This PF Changs location is a complete disaster. I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times I left very disappointed. The service is very very slow. Last time I was there (yesterday) my wife and I had to wait more then 20 minutes for a ball of ice cream for my son!! The table next to us was also complaining about the slow service regarding a soup. The taste of the food is on the mehhh side, with little or no flavor. The best part of the menu is the appetizers. But definitely not worth the steep prices. Avoid, avoid, avoid. If you are in the mood for chinese, better try Itzumi (no, Im not associated with Itzumi, just a friendly advice - 5 stars in Yelp) which is located 4 minutes away from PF Changs, or just go to Macaroni Grill, located in front of PF Changs. read more
